Nine injured in explosion targeting security forces
At least seven law enforcement officials were injured when a bomb blast targeted a security forces vehicle in Peshawar. The blast happened near Prime Hospital on Warsak road.

Officials said that the injured include six Frontier Constabulary officials and three civilians. Two of the injured FC personnel and one civilian are said to be in a serious condition. Four FC men were brought to the Lady Reading Hospital and are said to be stable.

Rescue officials said that five ambulances were dispatched towards the site of the incident. An emergency has been imposed in hospitals across the city.
